This non-profit has been created by the family of Jason Medlen. On August 1st 2022 Jason lost his fight with addiction. To those that did not know Jason he was just another statistic.  To us he was so much more, the son we lost, the brother that is no longer here, the uncle that loved his nephews and nieces with all his heart, the friend that was quick with a hug and smile, the hurt that we feel is beyond words.  In Maine 9,500+ people overdosed and 627 of them died. 77% of these deaths were related to Fentanyl.(www.mainedrugdata.org)

On August 5th 2023, we held a 5K run/walk to remember Jason and to raise awareness to this problem. We plan on holding this event in August every year. All proceeds will go to a Christian recovery center in Maine. Our goal is to help those seeking to break their addiction.

August 17th we will hold our second annual 5K, 8:00 AM at Kennebec Valley Coaching. 11 Oak St. Augusta Maine. Last year we raised $1923, we are looking to increase that, this year.

If you or  someone you know  is experiencing addiction reach out to us today. Resources are out there, let us help you find them.
